1. To extract or unzip the data file, simply call up your "Explorer" program
    or double click on your "My Computer" icon.  

2. Look for the relevant zip file (eg n052900.zip) in the "mdata" folder 
    residing at "C:" drive.  Double click on it (assuming that you have
    WINZIP software installed).  

    If you do not have a copy of WINZIP software, go get one now!

3. This screen should appear.

4. Click on the      button.

5. The following screen appear.  Enter "c:\mdata" in the "Extract to: "
    dialog box.  Click on "Extract" button.

6. Done.
